Steamed Broccoli


  1. 2 Heads of Broccoli

  2. 1 tsp Salt

  3. 1 tsp Pepper

  4. 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  5. 1 tsp Olive Oil


  1. Cut broccoli head into bite-size florets

  2. Bring 1 inch of water to a simmer in a large pot

  3. Put Broccoli into a steamer basket and place in pot

  4. Season with olive oil, salt pepper, and garlic powder

  5. Cover Pot and steam for 10-15 minutes, until tender with a fork

  6. Remove from heat and let sit 5 minutes

Serve as a delicious side dish to salmon or steak.
