Sous Vide Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  1. 2 Pounds Chicken wings

  2. 1 TBSP Olive Oil

  3. 1/2 TSP Salt

  4. 1/2 TSP Pepper

  5. 1 TSP Garlic Powder

  6. 1/2 TSP Onion Powder

  7. 1 teaspoon rosemary

  8. 1/2 teaspoon basil

  9. 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

 

Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and coat chicken

  2. Seal in bag

  3. Preheat sous vide to 160 degrees Fahrenheit

  4. Cook for 2 to 4 hours

  5. Preheat oven to broil, about 500 degrees Fahrenheit

  6. Remove chicken wings from sour vide and place on cookiee sheet

  7. Broil for 4 min per side

Serve as a main dish with broccoli or any veggie. Also works great as an appetizer with Primal Kitchen Ranch.
