1 teaspoon rosemary

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika (optional)
Cooking Instructions

Pound chicken lightly with the flat side of a meat mallet until the chicken is even in thickness
This is the most crucial step to making sure the chicken is tender and juicy

Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, and paprika if using

Preheat sous vide to 150 degrees Fahrenheit

Cook for 1 to 4 hours

Preheat cast iron pan with olive oil to high heat

Sear for 90 seconds on each side
Serve as a main dish with broccoli or any veggie. Also works great refrigerated and chopped in a salad.
