1 1/2 pounds tilapia

1 TBSP olive oil

2 TBSP lemon juice

1 TBSP low-sodium soy sauce

1 TSP garlic powder

1 TSP black pepper

1 TSP paprika (optional)
Directions

Set oven to broil at 500 degrees Fahrenheit

mix olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl

coat tilapia with mixture and place on greased baking sheet

Broil for 8-10 minutes or until internal temp is 140 degrees Fahrenheit
Serve over quinoa or a bed of greens with a side of broccoli
