Grilled Chicken


  1. 2 Pounds Chicken Breast

  2. 1 TBSP Olive Oil

  3. 1/2 TSP Salt

  4. 1/2 TSP Pepper

  5. 1/2 TSP Garlic Powder

  6. 1 teaspoon of ground cumin (optional)

  7. 1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander (optional)

  8. 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika (optional)


Cooking Instructions

  1. Pound chicken lightly with the flat side of a meat mallet until the chicken is even in thickness

    This is the most crucial step to making sure the chicken is tender and juicy

  2. Preheat grill to high heat

  3. Brush chicken with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, and paprika

  4. Place chicken on greased grill

  5. Flip chicken after 5-8 minutes depending on thickness and desired grill marks

  6. Continue grilling until an internal temp of 155-160 degrees Fahrenheit is reached

  7. The temperature will continue rising past 160 degrees Fahrenheit when removed

Serve as a main dish with veggies or cut up and add to a big salad
